Senior Minister of AJK , Khawaja Farooq Ahmed has said that the state government is taking measures for including the Islamic Seminaries in the mainstream.
While speaking at a ceremony held at a renowned Seminary of Muzaffarabad, Jamia Dar-ul-Uloom Islamia on Friday. The prizes were also distributed among the students of the seminary that achieved success in the exams.
Khawaja Farooq said that the Prime Minister AJK Sardar Tanveer Ilyas has enhanced the stipends for the students of Islamic seminaries. Soon the government would take necessary steps to mitigate the sufferings of the students , studying at Islamic seminaries.
Most Senior Minister AJK said that the computer and vocational training including the science subjects would be imparted to the students of Madrasas in the entire AJK.
Khawaja praised the founder of Jamia Dar-ul-Uloom Islamia, Maulana Qazi Mehmood-ul-Hassan Ashraf for his services rendered to Islam in AJK. He also played his pro active role in establishing the philosophy of Khatam-e-Nabuwat in the region.
This year some 112 students of the Madrasa took the examinations held under Wifaq-ul-Madaris Alarabia Pakistan.
Maulana Dr Ahmed Ali Siraj, Maulana Ikram -ur-Rashid, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Farooqi , Maulana Qazi Abdul Malik Inqalabi, Qazi Manzoor-ul-Hassan, Secretary Muzaffarabad Press Club Basharat Mughal also spoke on the occasion.
