Barrister Sultan urges world to get resolve Kashmir issue

Islamabad: President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhary has said that the Kashmiri nation is looking towards the international community for resolving Kashmir issue.
He was speaking to the ambassadors of different countries at a dinner, which he hosted in honour of foreign diplomats.
The President AJK said that it is the moral obligation of the world to play its role in resolving Kashmir problem as it is oldest matter on UN agenda.
He said that the people of Kashmir are facing sheer human rights violation and severe brutalities by the Indian forces.
He said that Kashmiri are fighting for their right of self-determination under the UNSC’s resolutions and almost 100,000 people had rendered sacrifices of their lives since 1990.
The ambassadors of Norway, Turkey, Austria, Kirghizstan, acting ambassador of Japan, High Commissioners of Malaysia, Kenya, Deputy High Commissioner of UK, Political Counselor of US Embassy and other diplomats were present on the occasion.
