The property mafia has confiscated the land of a citizen .
The affected person Shabbir Ahmed told the media that he is a laborer. He bought a piece of land in the village Tarhia , Adiyala Road measuring four kannal from Sajid Mehmood for the cost of Rs 840,000/00 in March 2019.
He said that he has paid Rs 200,000 as token money. Later he paid the remaining amount of Rs 640,000 and registry of the land was carried out in his name.
Later the land was transferred to his name by the Revenue Department, Punjab vide transfer order No 623.
Now the ex-owner of the land Sajid Mehmood after receiving the entire money of the land is not giving physical possession of the land. Furthermore he is giving theaters to Shabbir .
He asked the district administration of Rawalpindi to intervene in the matter and give him his due right as he purchased the land after paying the entire money for construction of the house. The piece of land should be retrieved from the clutches of land grabbers and this should be given in his possession as he has all the legal documents with him.
