MULTAN : To take a briefing on the construction of Nishtar 2 within the stipulated period on the instructions of the Punjab Government
A review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Multan Division Engineer Aamir Khattak.
Addressing the meeting, Aamir Khattak said that the Commissioner’s Office is providing full support for the timely completion of the project. Delay in the completion of the project will not be tolerated. The Punjab government is trying to provide the best health facilities to the people. 6 billion rupees have been released by the Government of Punjab. The completion of Nishtar 2 will reduce the burden on Nishtar Hospital 1. The tender process for procurement of civil work machinery should be started. Giving a briefing on this occasion, IDP representatives said that both the demand notices for the electricity grid station have been filled and the work of Nishtar 2 Phase 1 is underway at a cost of 9.4 billion rupees on 58 acres. Electricity and other installations have been started in the interior of the building. The work of Laundry, Radiology, Medical Gas Hypeline System has been awarded
Generator, cooling system, UPS have been received.
