MUZAFFARABAD: Deputy Commissioner Muzaffarabad, Abdul Hameed Kayani condoled with the parents of the victims of Army Public School (APS) victims here on Wednesday. He expressed this while addressing a ceremony held in the memory of APS incident in Muzaffarabad.
He said that APS incident in 2014 was an effort of the enemies harm the country. But, this coward act of enemies united the nation further. Through Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and National Action Plan (NAP) terrorism has been eradicated from the country after the incident of APS. The main purpose of observing the day is to show the enemies that such incident can never affect the firm determination of this nation. Instead the nation is more united now and is ready to compete with any challenge. APS like incidents often strengthen the nations further, he added.
SSP Muzaffarabad, Yasin Baig and others were also present at the occasion.
