Director Bilal Lashari sends off his cherished film, saying, “Today I deliver you to the audience of the globe.”

A team of people works incredibly hard to get the story perfect behind the seamless onscreen storytelling in movies. After a ten-year odyssey, filmmaker Bilal Lashari is prepared to deliver his vision. To bid his film his farewells, he wrote a letter. The Legend of Maula Jatt is prepared to leave his home and enter the world, and he is willing to do so.

On Thursday during the premiere, he posted an image of himself silhouetted against the light. “An unachievable ideal, that is who you were a decade ago,” he said in a letter to his beloved film. You are now a real person, not just a creature of my imagination or a pipe dream. What an adventure it has been! How would I characterise you? Who is my mentor, my closest friend, the person who gave me irreplaceable friendships, a dream team, and a lifetime of memories that will endure beyond life itself?

He discussed moving on to the following dream after discussing how the movie altered his life. “However, every storyteller and dreamer must share the tale they have created and the dream they have come true, so dear friend, today I present you to the world. Live your life among them since you now belong to them, he stated. It’s finally time for me to let you go tonight. You must permit me to leave so I might fantasise once more about an unknown tale from another realm.

The movie, which will be released in theatres on October 13 and is a remake of Yunus Malik’s 1979 cult classic Maula Jatt, tells the tale of the rivalry between Maula Jatt and Noori Natt.

Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan, Humaima Malick, Mirza Gohar Rasheed, Faris Shafi, Ali Azmat, Nayyer Ejaz, Shafqat Cheema, Raheela Agha, Zia Khan, and Saima Baloch are among the actors who appear in The Legend of Maula Jatt. Ammara Hikmat’s Encyclomedia and Lashari Films are producing the Punjabi movie. Nadeem Mandviwalla of Mandviwalla Entertainment will handle the distribution.

After multiple setbacks, the high-budget movie is now being released after starting production in 2017.
