RAWALPINDI: The second wave of coronavirus pandemic has badly hit the state, the incumbent government of PML-N in Azad Jammu and Kashmir should take all the necessary measures against the COVID-19, said the former PM AJK, and Leader All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan here on Thursday. He expressed this during his meeting with a delegation in Rawalpindi.
He said that the number of the affectees of coronavirus is continuously increasing in Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, and Mirpur. The government should take the issue seriously. It should ensure complete implementation on the SOPs devised to control the spread of coronavirus pandemic. People of the state should also consider the severity of the issue. They should follow the SOPs. They should cooperate in the steps being taken for controlling the spread of coronavirus, he added.
Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan said that the masses of Azad Kashmir are firmly standing with the masses of IOK in their just struggle for the right to self determination.
