Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas Khan has nominated Sardar Iftikhar Rashid Chugtai , focal person to highlight the Kashmir issue on international level .
Iftikhar was working as Political Advisor to PM AJK before his nomination.
