Junaid, Moeen, Ahmed unpicked in PSL 6 Draft

Lahore: The Pakistan Super League (PSL) season six draft has been concluded and surprisingly biggest national and international stars went unpicked.

Pacer Junaid Khan, batsman Ahmed Shehzad, opener Abdullah Shafique, middle-order batsmen Haris Sohail and Fawad Alam, Umar Khan, Umer Amin, Hammad Azam, Rahat Ali, Saud Shakeel were not picked by any of the teams.

Among international stars, England’s Moeen Ali and Dawid Malan, South Africa’s Morne Morkel and Rassie Van der Dussen, Sri Lanka’s Thisara Perera and Bangladesh’s Mustafizur Rehman went unnoticed during the draft.

Note, all six teams picked their squad for the upcoming season of the PSL. The extravaganza is scheduled to start on February 20 with defending champions Karachi Kings taking on Quetta Gladiators in the first contest.
