Kashmir solidarity campaign to start from 1st February: PeH

Muzaffarabad: Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir has announced the commencement of “Jammu and Kashmir Solidarity” campaign from February 1st.

According to details, rallies will be held in Neelum Valley, Jhelum Valley including the capital till Kashmir Solidarity day.

Speakers said that campaign will be started from February 1 to express solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).

They maintained that they will march in the various towns of Athmaqam, Kundal Shahi, Jura, Barian Bazar, Chilhana, Nussada, Devlian and Patehka in Neelam district.

The leaders said that on February 3, a protest will be held in Chakothi, Chinari, Hattian Balan, Saran, Chathiyan and Ghari Dupatta.

Speakers said that when our brothers and sisters in IIOJ&K are victims of the worst atrocities, they will not be left alone at this difficult time.

“In these situations, every citizen of Azad Kashmir is a part of the self-determination movement against India for the freedom of IIOJ&K” they added.

Leaders also said that India cannot change the status of the disputed Kashmir by military force, war crimes, illegal acts, the cruel actions of the Lok Sabha on August 5, 2019, and the political and biased decisions of the Supreme Court on December 11, 2023.

They stated that on February 5, at 10:00 AM, the “Jammu and Kashmir Solidarity” rally will be held from Burhan Wani Shaheed Chowk to Bank Road.

They appealed to people of Azad Kashmir to suspend their activities and show solidarity with the people of Occupied Kashmir.

Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmed Ghazali, Vice Chairman International Forum for Justice and Human Rights Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Vice Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Usman Ali Hashim, Faisal Farooq Sheikh, Mohammad Fayyaz Khan and Liaquat Ali Rana were also present on the occasion.
