Loyal to PTI, will not leave politics: Tanveer Ilyas

Former Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and former President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Azad Kashmir, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, addressed the party workers at the F-8 political office and expressed his commitment to the party’s principles. He stated that the seat and power are temporary and that they have always remained loyal to the party’s ideology. He congratulated Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi on becoming the President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and affirmed his loyalty to the party and its leader, Imran Khan.

Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan also emphasized that their political movement will not stop after leaving power, and their commitment to the principles and ideology of the party will remain steadfast. He hinted at forming his own party if he cannot continue his politics within PTI.

Speaking about the Kashmir conflict, the former prime minister expressed concern that the United Nations is silent on the issue, while India is holding a meeting of 20 countries in occupied Kashmir. He called for the nation to take action and not repeat the mistakes of history. He added that Pakistan has the potential to move forward and become a prosperous nation, with its status as the seventh atomic power and strong missile technology. He emphasized the need to focus on building the country’s own economy instead of relying on others.
