MUZAFFARABAD: Chairman Public Service Commission, Air Marshal (r) Masood Akhtar directed the officers to work wholeheartedly. He expressed this while addressing the participants of one day workshop organized by Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) at Kashmir Institute of Management in Muzarffarabad.
He said that Kashmir Institute of Management is a well reputed institution which is currently training the officers of various fields. The officers should play their decisive role in implementing the PPRA rules. They should ensure transparency in all the matters of buying, he added.
Speaking at the occasion, Chairman PPRA and Additional Chief Secretary Development, Farhat Ali Mir said that PPRA rules are being improved. The training workshops for enhancing work capacity of officers are also being conducted. The departments have started implementing the PPRA rules which have been improving the system, he added.
Certificates were distributed among the participants of the workshop at the end.
