A peaceful and visually appealing home setting can create a greater sense of wellbeing than a cluttered, chaotic home. Even the color of your walls and furnishings can affect your mental health. Studies have found that color can affect a person’s mood, behavior, and even cognitive function.
Mental health and the home environment are closely intertwined. The home environment plays a significant role in shaping a person’s overall well-being and can have a profound impact on their mental health. The home environment can either contribute to or alleviate stress. A cluttered, noisy, or chaotic home can increase stress levels, while a clean, organized, and calm environment can promote relaxation and emotional well-being.

Success may not bring us happiness but a little good deed does. Good parenting is one of the big factor for one’s metal health. Let us have bigger hearts for our children, Let us have a better understanding of our children, Let us take right decision at right time, Let us still be not late, Let us see our life (children) does not run out of our hands, Let us join our hearts and heads to understand them.
