No.1 ranked T20I batsman Malan signs BBL deal with Hobart Hurricanes

Karachi: The No.1 ranked T20I batsman England’s David Malan has signed a Big Bash League (BBL) deal with the Hobart Hurricanes.

The 33-year-old becomes the first new international player to commit to playing in the 10th season of the BBL this summer.

Malan has scored 682 runs at 48.71 and a strike-rate of 146.66 in 16 T20Is with a top score of 103 not out while he has another four centuries across his T20 career.

It must be noted that BBL will start on December 3rd when the Adelaide Strikers host the Melbourne Renegades, followed by 60 matches, final to be played on February 6.
