Islamabad: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq has said that Ghazi-e-Millat Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan was the academy for the young generation in himself.
On the occasion of the anniversary of Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, in a special message, he said that Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan promoted political activities in Jammu and Kashmir, and when the need for Jihad arose, he also participated in it.
He said that the founder President of Azad Kashmir also had the honor of being the first person to join Pakistan’s Agreement of Accession, even before the creation of Pakistan, signifying his love for Pakistan.
Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq stated that whether it was supporting the Kashmir Freedom Movement, promoting political activities in Azad Kashmir, carrying out development work, or handling constitutional matters, Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan’s extraordinary role is evident everywhere.
The PM said that Sardar Ibrahim was an exemplary association that played a pivotal role in maintaining the identity of the state.
“The way Ghazi-e-Millat served his national leadership responsibilities and remained an active part of the movement with passion and fervor, it stands as a shining chapter in history. His political life is a guiding light for everyone”, he added.
He further emphasized that Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan is a benefactor of the Kashmiri nation, and his services will never be forgotten by history.
