PM Imran Khan is not going anywhere; opposition no-confidence motion is bound to fail: Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) president and most senior minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan said that opposition parties would not be able to perform any miracle in the name of a no-confidence motion in the National Assembly. Prime Minister Imran Khan would give good news to the nation after the victory of no-confidence, he said, while talking to media representatives.
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan stated that the opposition feared that if Imran Khan’s government completed its five-year term, it would return with a large majority in the coming general elections. Therefore, the opposition parties had come together on a one-point agenda to remove Prime Minister Imran Khan. He added that despite all the tactics of the opposition parties, Prime Minister Imran Khan was not in a state of panic but the aggressive manner in which he had organized public meetings had created tension in the opposition and they were realizing it.
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan further said that the government was not going anywhere, and under the leadership of Imran Khan, Pakistan was on the road to development. He added that inflation was a global problem. However, signs of economic recovery in the textile industry, property, construction, cement making, steel and automobile sectors had increased significantly and the no-confidence motion would trouble the business community. He went on to say that the political tug of war would not be beneficial for the country.
