The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry has instructed to complete the building of Women University Bagh as early as possible.
The President AJK, who is also the Chancellor of public sector universities of the state, presided over the meeting of the Senate of Women University Bagh in which detailed discussion was held about the ongoing projects and problems faced by the university.
Barrister Sultan also asked the Vice Chancellor of the university to raise the standard of the education as well as provide full facilities as well as educational atmosphere to the students especially the girls who came there from far flung areas of AJK.
The meeting approved the budget of Women University Bagh.
The Vice Chancellor of Women University Bagh Dr. Abdul Hameed ,Dr. Younas Javed VC Mirpur University , VC University of Science and Technology Mirpur, VC Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi, Dr Saima Hamid, Secretary Presidential Affairs Dr Syed Asif Hussain, former VC Kotli University Dr Ghulam Ghus , Secretary HEC AJK Mirza Khalid Jarral and other members of the university’s Senate attended the meeting.
