Mirpur: The deceased sister of President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry was laid to rest at ancestral graveyard here.
Her funeral prayer was offered in Chachiyan Khari Sharif. President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry attended the funeral prayer.
Political leaders, social workers, religious scholars, businessmen, bureaucrats, lawyers, journalists, teachers as well as individuals associated with various schools of thought also attended the funeral prayers. Hundreds of mourners expressed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
