Muzaffarabad: Officials of Pakistan State Oil Company visited various sites in Muzaffarabad, listened to the grievances of dealers and public and distributed safety kits among drivers.
Speaking to the media on this occasion, deputy chief commercial officer Syed Jawad Shah, regional head Mian Shakeel said that Pakistan State Oil provides the best facilities to its customers, including immediate response to the complaints. The company is using all resources to solve the problems of the deals and to resolve them.
They further said that the visit of different sites is going on, in this regard, a consultative meeting of the dealers has also been called, in which a comprehensive policy will be made for their problems and their solutions.
At the Chhatar PSO pump, the two officers distributed kits to the drivers and also gave information about road safety. To provide facilities to the local people, work is going on at various sites, the company is also working on opening more pumps including the bus staff tuck shop.
The officials ensured that all the problems of dealers and the public will be resolved soon.
