Rana Sanaullah Khan, the federal interior minister, was checked into a Lahore hospital for a normal medical procedure and checkup.
After receiving minor medical exams and treatments, the interior minister claimed that he is now healing.
The National Institute of Heart Diseases (NIHD), also known as the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology, is located in Rawalpindi and is where the minister released an audio message on Friday.
The minister added in an audio message on Friday, “To all those well-wishers who are worried about my health after witnessing my photo at the hospital, I am totally fine.
For individuals like me, minor operations and a general examination are necessary every two to three years. “I had heart surgery over 20 years ago, in 2004.”
He also commended medical professionals, noting that they performed his checkup in a cutting-edge manner. He added that they also carried out a little surgery that they thought was required.
He claimed that he is recovering at the AFIC in Rawalpindi following the treatment and would return home in a day or two. He also pleaded with his supporters not to overcrowd the hospital because it has its limitations.
On Sunday, when I return home, all of my friends are invited to visit me, he said.
According to Federal Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, Rana Sanaullah visited the hospital for a normal checkup. She denied all health-related conjecture, stating that the minister had heart surgery in 2004, 18 years prior and that it was required to have regular checkups—every two to three years.
She stated that the interior minister’s health was steady and that she would leave the hospital tomorrow.
