The bitter Reality of Transgender Act

Written by Shabana Ayaz Most people think that the Transgender Act is a law to protect inter sex persons…. Then why is it being opposed??People who suffer from sexual defects at birth are called Eunuchs and intersex. For example, parents do not take their children out of the family because of the sight and hearing loss and any physical disability. Similarly, children suffering from congenital sexual defects should not be removed from the family. Islam does not throw such people out of the society by calling them the third gender. Rather, it names them male and female. Such people are not untouchable but they are also part of the family.
Islam gives them all the Shariah rights of men and women and takes full care of their dignity. It is a lack of knowledge and ignorance that due to sexual birth defects, these people should be handed over to the so-called gurus who force them to change their appearance, sing, and dance and become sex workers. This is absolute cruelty and the most serious sin against humanity.
It should have been that in the Transgender Act, considering these oppressed people, they would have been given real protection and this dirty system prevailing for centuries should have been changed.
In this act, the punishment for throwing out the unruly people from their homes and handing them over to the gurus was determined.
They were bound to be kept in the custody of their parents, grandparents, grandparents.
Article 35 of the Constitution of Pakistan guarantees the protection of the family, mother and child. Depriving a child or an individual from the family and handing them over to a cruel criminal gang is the so-called Human Rights and Child Rights Commission (CRC). CRC) is a violation. If the purpose of this law was to give rights to intersex people, why was it named Transgender Act?
Its name is Intersex Persons Protection Rights Act 2018
Inter sex person protection rights act
Had it been kept, the objection that has arisen would not have arisen.
In fact, this law has been made to protect transgender people under the guise of transgender people. Transgender is an umbrella term. That is, an umbrella under which modern gender ideology and all forms of homosexuality do their dirty work. This Act Yogyakarta Principal 10

Let’s uncover the truth and see what is hidden inside the Transgender Act.
The Transgender Act actually re-identifies gender
(New Gender Ideology) has been drafted
Which gives legitimacy to LGBTQ.
To understand the seriousness of the Transgender Act, it is important to understand a few terms.
According to the new theory of sex
Gender and sex
Is defined separately. And this division is the basis of this false theory.
The United Nations is the global protection organization for homosexuality and its subsidiaries
According to the World Health Organization
Sex and Gender
Separate self-defined definitions of are described.
Sex refers to the different physical characteristics of men and women. *
Gender refers to men and women. Boys, girls characteristics that are socially constructed. It includes the norms, attitudes and roles associated with being a woman and a man as well as relationships with each other. This gender can be different in every society and can change over time.*
This is the basic error that has nothing to do with Islamic teachings, but it is something that changes God’s law of creation.
The theory of gender has changed gender to sex.
Started to tell different from and divided the gender created by Allah into outer and inner and allowed man to change at will and complete freedom in both.
More misleading terms were then introduced based on these definitions of sex and gender.
Sexual Orientation.
This term refers to the deep romantic, emotional, physical attraction or feeling a person feels for another person. That is, the emotional tendency of a person is called sex orientation.
It is called complete sexual freedom. (While Shariat binds a man and a woman to marriage.)
Gender Identity.
It is the gender identity that a person adopts based on their inner and inner feelings and tendencies. This is his birth. Gender identity and the identity given by society can be either in accordance with it or not. That is, complete freedom to adopt sexual identity. .
This definition proves that a man can assume the identity of a woman or a woman can assume the identity of a man. (There is no such freedom in Shariah. Changing birth gender identity is absolutely forbidden.)
Gender Expression.
The sexual identity that an individual chooses for himself can be expressed if he wants to or not. That is, when she wants to show herself as a woman and when she wants to show herself as a man. (In Shariah, it is forbidden for men to imitate women and for women to imitate men.)
Definitions are fundamental in any law.
Clauses E and F of Article 2 in the Definitions of Pakistan Transgender Act, 2018
In Gender Expression (Gender Expression) and Gender Identity (Gender Identity) these two definitions.
It is the basis of ideologies that justify homosexuality.
Sexual Orientation is not written directly in this law, but it is justified in this law.
Regarding this act, it is being deceived that this bill is being made for the inheritance of transgender.
The one whose physical structure is like a woman should be declared as a woman and the one who has the same physical structure as a man should be written as a man. He should get a share in the inheritance. But there is no mention of the medical board for its evaluation.
Resolutions have been presented in all three provincial assemblies to reject this act. This act was passed hastily by the Council of Islamic Ideology and without being referred to the Standing Committee. Articles of the Constitution of Pakistan

And according to the Sharia Act 1991, the implementation of any non-Sharia law is not possible in Pakistan. This bill has been declared against Islam by Great Religious Scholars and the Islamic Ideological Council and has declared this law as a means of fulfilling the LGBTQ agenda.
The eunuchs (eunuchs) are very few in the society. It is a neglected oppressed class. In their guise, homosexuality has been promoted through this act.
What other losses are expected?
Under the Transgender Law, the way for gay marriage has been paved and this marriage has been given legal justification.
Under this law, protection is given to transvestites, who are actually men, who are involved in dancing and sex crimes.
Under the same law, homosexuals have been made honorable citizens. They have been removed from the list of criminals and allowed to hold government positions.
Similarly, under this law, a man can and can study in women’s educational institutions by writing gender female in his identity card.
In the same way, any woman can get a double share in the inheritance by writing the gender male in the identity card. Imamat can be done in the mosque. She can pray standing together in a row of men.
This law discourages chastity and encourages sex offenders.
This law has a negative impact on our social system, inheritance, marriage, education and all Islamic values.
And this is also against the constitution of Pakistan. According to Article 227 of the Constitution of Pakistan, all existing laws are ordered to be made in accordance with the injunctions of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
Under this act, all government institutions including NADRA have been bound to issue identity cards, passports, driving licenses to transgender.
The question is who made this law.
This bill on August 21, 2017 Senator Rubina Khalid People’s Party
Senator Samina Abid PTI.
Senator Kulsoom Parveen Muslim League-N
Senator Rubina Irfan Muslim League Q
Introduced and made this Act in 2018.
In 2018, the government was Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi of People’s Party. Centers Karim Ahmed Khawaja and Rubina Khalid introduced the bill. MQM Senator Nasreen Jalil was the chairperson of the Senate Committee. And PTI, the claimant of Medina state, also passed it in the National Assembly and Senate and implemented it in the whole country.
Then when the PTI government came, instead of repealing this law, its leader Shireen Mazari under her leadership made the implementation of this law more effective and finally implemented the Transgender Rules 2020.
Jamaat-e-Islami strongly opposed this act and Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan tried to amend it. Shireen Mazari of PTI showed strong resistance in opposing these amendments. However, this bill has been sent to the relevant committee. While the first meeting on this bill has been held on September 5, 2021. The committee will approve or reject these amendments next month in October 2022.
According to these amendments, definition number two of transgender and definition number three in which full man and full woman are declared as transgender in this act are demanded to be removed.
It has been demanded to make it subject to a medical board and obtain a medical certificate instead of a personal gender identity for the determination of transgender.
This medical board consists of doctors, professors, surgeons, gynecologists and psychologists, who decide whether it is really inter sex or not.
