Wani’s martyrdom gave new turn to Kashmir Movement: Barrister Sultan

LONDON: On the call of former PM AJK, President PTI AJK, and Member Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry Kashmir community observed protest in front of the Indian High Commission in London on the eve of 4th martyrdom anniversary of Burhan Muzaffar Wani on Wednesday. Hundreds of Kashmiris gathered in front of Indian High Commission despite bad weather condition and lock down situation caused by the coronavirus. They chanted slogans against Indian PM Narendra Modi at the occasion.  Speakers said that they will continuously raise the Kashmir issue in UK. Indian brutalities will be unveiled at all the forums, they added.

Speaking at the occasion through telephone, Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said that the martyrdom of Burhan Muzaffar Wani gave a new turn to Kashmir Movement. He assured the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) that Kashmir community is firmly standing side by side them in their just struggle for right to self determination.
