ISLAMABAD: The need of the current situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) demands that the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) should appoint its reporter in Kashmir who can gather facts, said the former PM AJK, President PTI AJK, and Member Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry here on Saturday. He expressed this while addressing the journalists of print media in Islamabad. Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry wel come the letter of UN to India regarding the human rights violations in IOK. He said that India has been failed in all of its tactics in IOK since the decision of August 5, 2019. All the political and social leaders of IOK have written a history by firmly standing against the Indian brutalities. Overseas Kashmiris and Pakistanis should urge their relevant elected members to raise the Kashmir issue at their respective parliaments. Voice should be raised against Indian brutalities in IOK, Barrister added.
