ISLAMABAD: German Aid for Afghan Children (GAAC) distributed relief packages among 400 affectees of coronavirus hailing from Balakot, Bhaagla, and Kaghan here on Monday. The relief packages were distributed in a ceremony held in Islamabad.
Country Director GAAC, Alam Shahab said at the occasion that GAAC is firmly standing with the affectees of coronavirus pandemic. The mission to serve the masses will be continued. Islam teaches us to take great care of people around us. People are facing huge economic issues currently due to the spread of coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, GAAC is trying its level best to serve maximum people in this time of need. All the available resources are being utilized for serving the masses, he added.
He said that the demand of the current time is that people should show patience. The SOPs devised by the government should be followed. Mases should take all the precautionary measures against coronavirus as this is the only treatment of coronavirus pandemic, he further said.
