Latif Akbar files FIR against American blogger over ‘derogatory’ comments on Benazir Bhutto

MUZAFFARABAD: President PPP AJK, Chaudhry Latif Akbar filed a complaint in police station against American blogger Cynthia D Ritchie for passing “derogatory” comments against former prime minister and party chairperson Benazir Bhutto on Twitter. He filed FIR at Saddar police station in Muzaffarabad. Chaudhry Latif Akbar demanded from the government of AJK to ban the entry of Cynthia D Ritchie in Azad Jammu and Kashmir as this lady has come Kashmir a number of times. Speaking at the occasion, Chaudhry Latif Akbar said that the workers of PPP cannot compromise on derogatory remarks regarding its leadership. It is not possible that PPP would forgive someone who would use derogatory remarks for Benazir Bhutto or any other leader of the party, he added. All the officials of PPP AJK filed FIRs in their respective police stations on Friday.
