Computerization of revenue department begins: Farooq Sikandar

MUZAFFARABAD: Computerization of the department of revenue has begun first time in the history of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, said the AJK Minister for Revenue, Farooq Sikandar here on Friday. He expressed this while addressing an oath taking ceremony in Muzaffarabad.

He said that computerized section of the department has start working. All the other matters will also be computerized very soon. Computerization will help people in getting rid of the issues which they face on daily basis. This will ensure the protection of the important documents of masses, he added.

Farooq Sikandar said that the officials and workers of the revenue department always play their important role in the time of need. Whenever the nation face any calamity, these officials and workers work hard day and night while standing side by side the Deputy Commissioners and Magistrates. They are playing their remarkable role in the current situation caused by the spread of coronavirus pandemic, he further said.
