Federal Minister for Communications Maulana Asad Mehmood visited Tunneling Institute of Pakistan in Islamabad

Federal Minister for Communications Maulana Asad Mahmood visited the Tunneling Institute of Pakistan in Islamabad on Sunday. On this occasion, the Board of Directors of TIP welcomed the Federal Minister.

Secretary Communications and Chairman National Highway Authority Captain (retd) Muhammad Khurram Agha, IG Motorway Police Sultan Khawaja besides Member Finance, Member EC, Member KP, Member PPP, GM Planning, Director Roads of NHA and others were also with him.

  A briefing was given to Federal Minister Maulana Asad Mahmood regarding the Tunneling Institute and other tunnelling projects.

Apart from this, TIP officials gave a detailed presentation to Maulana Asad Mehmood regarding the institute and tunneling in the country.

  Maulana Asad Mahmood emphasized the need for more such initiatives to promote better understanding of scholars and practitioners in Pakistan’s tunneling industry.

Federal Minister Maulana Asad Mehmood appreciated the efforts of TIP Institute and encouraged the TIP authorities to actively participate in tunneling projects in the country. Along with this, Maulana Asad Mehmood assured the full cooperation of the Ministry of Communication to increase the efficiency of TIP.
