Jen Shah, a member of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, received a wire fraud sentence of 78 months, or six and a half years in prison.

The 49-year-old admitted guilt to wire fraud in a telemarketing campaign that targeted elderly and vulnerable persons, the BBC reports.

But if everything goes according to plan, the TV actor might be out from jail by the fall of 2028.

According to NBC News, federal prisoners are eligible for 54 days of good time credit each year, which could allow the reality star to serve nearly 5 1/2 years in total.

The University of Utah graduate was instructed to go to an unnamed federal facility on February 17, putting her release as soon as the fall of 2028 a possibility.

Shah expressed regret for her part in the deception and promised to “fight for the rest of my life to put things right.”

Shah recently declined to attend the RHOSLC Season 3 reunion, stating that she “would not be in a position to discuss anything pertaining to my legal case or punishment” out of respect for the courts and a standing judicial order.
