A Peer Review Team (PRT) of National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) visited the Institute of Management Sciences (IM Sciences), Peshawar from May 22 to May 24, 2023, for re-accreditation of BBA and MBA programs.
The PRT was headed by Prof. Dr. Abdul Raziq, Dean, BUITEMS, Quetta. Other members of the PRT included Prof. Dr. Khurram Shehzad, Dean, Riphah International University Islamabad, Dr. Rameez Khalid, Associate Professor, IBA Karachi, Dr. Ghulam Ali Arain, Associate Professor, LUMS, Mr. Saad Khan Zahid, Regional Manager Head, EA Consultant (Pvt. Ltd.), Peshawar and Mr. Usman Ali Jadoon, Assistant Manager Accreditation, NBEAC.
During the three-day visit, the PRT assessed BBA and MBA programs of the Institute as per the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Continuous Improvement Report (CIR) submitted to the NBEAC by the Quality Enhancement Cell of IM Sciences. The PRT had meetings with faculty, students, section heads and top management of the Institute to review how IM Sciences functions with respect to the nine key areas prescribed by NBEAC.
An insightful feedback was shared by the PRT in their exit meeting with the top management of the Institute enumerating the unique strengths of IM Sciences and also rendered some suggestions for further enhancing the quality of business education provision at the Institute.
