Karachi: Lahore Qalandars’ Shaheen Shah Afridi has congratulated Karachi Kings on winning Pakistan Super League (PSL) final.

Taking to twitter, the fast-bowler congratulated rivals Karachi Kings on winning PSL title and applauded the performance of Babar Azam.

He added that he was proud of the way Lahore Qalandars played in the finale against Karachi Kings.

“Congratulations to @KarachiKingsARY on winning the title. Babar Azam is Babar Azam! I am absolutely proud of the way our team @lahoreqalandars have put up a great show. Special thanks to @thePSLt20 for making it such a huge success in these difficult times. Onwards and upwards!,” Shaheen Shah wrote.

Strong bowling lineup helped Karachi Kings to easily bag victory on Tuesday by five wickets against Lahore Qalandars in final match of the fifth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 played in Karachi on Tuesday.

Karachi had restricted Lahore to 134 runs with impressive bowling. Waqas Maqsood, Arshad Iqbal and Umaid Asif took two wickets each while skipper Imad Wasim grabbed one wicket.
