Director General Audit Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Asif Zaib Sawati has presented the audit report of Azad Kashmir government for the fiscal year 2022-23 to President AJK, Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhary .
DG Audit called on the President of the state at Kashmir House here on Saturday and presented the report to him under the Article 50 of interim constitution of AJK 1974.
On the occasion , DG Audit Sawati apprised the President Sultan Mehmood on the important feature of the audit report for financial year 2022-23. He also told the President about the performance of the Audit Department of AJK.
President Barrister Sultan said on the occasion that auditing is a very sensitive and noble job, which should be improved . He instructed the Audit Department , AJK to work hard with honesty. He also issued instructions to fulfil the vacant posts in the department without any delay, so that its working may get better.
