Muzaffarabad: The delegation of journalists from federal capital Islamabad led by President Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists Afzal Butt visited the office of Press Information Department (PID) Complex.
Director Information Raja Amjad Hussain Minhas along with other officials received the delegation on reaching the PID. The delegation visited the different departments of PID. On the occasion the officers including Raja Muhammad Sohail Khan, Syed Asif Naqvi and Raja Abdul Basit briefed the delegation about the working of the PID.
On the occasion President PFUJ Afzal Butt said he and members of his delegation were happy to see the progress made by the Information Department AJK in a short span of time.
Later the delegation also visited the Central Press Club and the Municipal Corporation, where they had a meeting with the Mayor Muzaffarabad, Syed Sikandar Gilani.
The delegation also visited the residence of television anchor Syed Samar Abbas to condole the sad demise of his father.
The other members of the delegation were Secretary General National Press Club Khalil Ahmed Raja, Aamir Butt, Mudassar Chaudhary, Ali Raza Syed, Izhar Niazi and Aamir Sajjad Syed.
