Islamabad: Ghouri Town Phase 4-A, located in the heart of the federal capital Islamabad, is increasingly becoming a hotspot for theft, causing serious concern among residents.
Due to alleged mismanagement by the local organization GWMA, the security system has significantly deteriorated. The newly hired security company has also completely failed to provide adequate protection to the residents. Sensing this weakness, thieves have increased their criminal activities in the area.
While speaking to media representatives, social leader Muhammad Zubair Rustam Awan stated that several theft incidents have occurred over the past two weeks. He mentioned that two batteries were stolen from the car of Tahir Khan, a resident of Street No. 25. Similarly, a motorcycle belonging to a person named Tahseen was stolen just last night.
Disturbed by this alarming situation, residents have appealed to higher authorities to take immediate notice and ensure regular police patrolling in the area to control the rising incidents of theft.
Furthermore, the residents have strongly protested against GWMA, demanding compensation for their losses and immediate legal action against the culprits.
On this occasion, the residents also expressed their gratitude to social leader and President of Shaheen Group, Muhammad Zubair Rustam Awan, for playing a key role in bringing their concerns to higher authorities and the police through media channels.
