Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos can be understood to indicate the unwavering national resolve of Pakistan in the face of Indian provocation and as a well-coordinated effort from the Armed Forces of Pakistan towards an effective response towards India’s aggression. It indicated a time wherein the country’s armed forces exhibited agility, unity of actions and effectiveness in deterring any form of threat.
The Pakistan Army was able to exhibit full alertness in all their operational zones, quickly responding to any threats posed in their territories. The efficient command structure and coordination of actions by the Pakistan Army made sure that any kind of provocation is met by an effective response. This incident proved their operational preparedness and significance in border defense.
In the said event, it was noted that the Pakistan Air Force performed the most significant contribution towards Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos. As per the official report provided by Pakistan, six Indian aircraft, including Rafale fighter jets, were shot down during the aerial battle.
