Prime Minister Assigns Information Portfolio Under Constitutional and Business Rules Powers
Muzaffarabad: Minister for Religious Affairs and Auqaf Muhammad Rafiq Nayyer has been assigned the additional portfolio of the Information Department.
According to an official notification No. (62)iii/2025, the Prime Minister of the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 22(5) of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act, 1974, read with Rule 3, sub-rule (4) of the Rules of Business, 1985, has entrusted Muhammad Rafiq Nayyer with the additional responsibility of the Information portfolio.
The notification states that the decision has been taken with immediate effect and shall remain in force until further orders.
