Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa inspects Assan Khidmat Markaz Project

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, visited the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” building project on Monday along with Member Engineering Syed Nafasat Raza and other concerned officers. He inspected the progress of the construction, repair and renovation and beautification works at the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” building project. Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa received a briefing from the concerned officers on the progress of the construction work on the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” project.

During the briefing, Chairman CDA was informed that overall more than 95% of the construction work on the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” project has been completed. He was informed that finishing work has begun on the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” project.

During the briefing, Chairman CDA was told that the cleaning of the floors under construction at the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” is also progressing rapidly. Similarly other essential tasks, including furniture, are being completed on a priority basis.

Chairman CDA was informed that construction activities are ongoing 24/7 to ensure the timely completion of the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” project and soon the project will be completed and opened for the general public. During the briefing, Chairman CDA was further informed that modern technology is being utilized to provide public services and facilities at the “Assan Khidmat Markaz”.

Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that while ensuring the timely completion of work on the project, high quality must be ensured under all circumstances. He said that with the establishment of the “Assan Khidmat Markaz”, the citizens of Islamabad will be able to access services and facilities from nearly over a hundred different departments under one roof. The services of CDA’s One-Window Facilitation Center will also be provided at the “Assan Khidmat Markaz”. Chairman CDA said that no compromise whatsoever on the high standards of quality will be tolerated in the completion of the “Assan Khidmat Markaz” project.
