A leader is someone who motivates, who makes decisions that have a positive impact on his or her group, and who motivates a diverse team of people to work toward a common goal. But if all managers are not leaders, then what is the characteristic of a leader that distinguishes him from others? Personal attractiveness is a trait that is often misunderstood as the most important attribute.
However, personal appeal is more easily achieved if you work hard to develop the following qualities. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed is an unforgettable chapter in the political history of Pakistan. Benazir has many distinctions in the political history of Pakistan which cannot be shared by anyone else. Benazir was Benazir like her name. All the difficult challenges he faced in his political life was also his characteristic, even he sacrificed his life while adhering to the democratic principles.Benazir Bhutto Shaheed has the honor of being the first woman Prime Minister of the Islamic world and she achieved this position due to her political tact, continuous struggle and great leadership skills. Every time a thinker, journalist and intellectual will write about her services for the people, democracy, human rights, defense of the homeland and the constitution of Pakistan, they will record her services in political, constitutional, defense, social and economic fields in golden letters. will do I am proud that I fought the democratic struggle under the leadership of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Shaheed, Mrs. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed. I worked alongside other leaders of their convoy and raised my voice for the upliftment and rights of the people of Pakistan. I am proud that our first and great leader who sacrificed his life for the people and democracy was Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. After him, his daughter Shaheed Ms. Benazir Bhutto took up the burden of serving the people from the platform of Pakistan People’s Party and set new and shining examples of struggle and service for the country and the people. And finally, while fighting for democracy, rights and justice for his people, he sacrificed his life in front of the people at Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi on December 27, 2007. If today we are alive in the era of democracy and the aspirations associated with democracy and if the houses of power are within the political reach of the elected representatives of the people, then the credit goes to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Ms. Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. Who took back the power from the torture of the absolute dictators and usurpers of the past and put it in the cradle of the people. The great leaders and workers of the People’s Party accomplished this feat by sacrificing their lives. Today, on the occasion of Ms. Benazir Bhutto’s death anniversary, we are proudly saying this, saying that she defiantly fought dictators like Zia-ul-Haq and then Pervez Musharraf and restored the usurped rights of the people. History has also seen that during times of trouble Mard Ahan, Sher Babbar and Bebaak leaders and those with such titles parted ways with the party and fled abroad or distanced themselves from the party during difficult times. But salute to Ms. Benazir Bhutto’s courage and greatness who bowed down to an oppressor and dictator and did not compromise with a dictator at the cost of democracy and people. In this struggle for democracy and people’s rights, she endured oppression, imprisonment and exile. Remembering the sufferings of General Ziaul Haq’s dictatorship, Ms. were prominent. She did not allow insects, mosquitoes and flies to invade China at night. Going through these difficulties and sufferings, she became the first woman Prime Minister of the Islamic world and despite the fact that both the terms of her Prime Ministership were incomplete due to the conspiracies of the enemies of democracy, she did many unprecedented things for the country and its people. Achieved achievements including the acquisition of missile technology. The government may be of any political party but the truth is that today we are living in the era of Bhutto’s vision and this era will live forever and will take us to the final destination of success. He took special measures for the rights of women during his tenure. Among them, the establishment of the first women’s bank and the women’s police station, the establishment of women’s study centers in Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar and five universities of Islam, the establishment of a five percent quota for women in government jobs, the lady health workers program, the development of women. The establishment of a federal ministry for women, the establishment of lady computer centers and the issuance of loans for women are included. There is democracy in this country, and the recognition of democratic values is due to the political vision of Mrs. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed, which was accepted by the people wholeheartedly and adopted for the political system. I am sure that in the coming time, we will bring our country among the prosperous, strong and stable countries of the world in the light of the political vision of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Shaheed and Mrs. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed.
We pay tribute to their services for the country and democracy and hope that their party leaders will always continue their struggle with the people to fulfill their mission.
