He said that there is a complete ban on use of loudspeakers on vehicles, rallies or gatherings without permission, meetings involving people exceeding the prescribed limit, dissident sloganeering, display of weapons, firing will not be allowed. Whosoever is found violating the rules, immediate action will be taken.
He further said that the government employees should keep themselves away from political programs, they should avoid using print, social or electronic media for supporting any political party, any government official found hosting a corner meeting with any political party will face strict action.
All the aspirants will be allowed to hold a rally, which must be approved by the administration in advance. Government resources will not be used at any stage of the election campaign, including rallies.
