Neelum () District Elementary Education Board has announced the annual results of eighth and fifth standards.
The 2677 students succeeded in examinations of eighth class out of 2941, which showed 91 percent success rate. Similarly, the fifth class result remained at 88 percent with 3226 students qualified for the examinations out of total 3681 students.
The results were announced by the District Education Officer (Men)Khawaja Zakir Hussain.
The first position was bagged by Hamad Ahmed Awan of eighth standard from Government High School Jagran by getting 678 marks.
Second position was achieved by Kashmala Tariq by getting 671 marks, she hails from Government Girls High School Khawaja Seri. While Khawaja Atiq Ahmed from Government Boys High School Tahaian grabbed third position with a tally of 652 marks.
In the fifth class examination, Sidra Bibi achieved first position, while Arsa Bibi bagged the second and Naju Rani got third position.
