Mirpur: District Management Committee(DMC) has deliberated the side effects of the tablets which were given to the children as anti-intestinal worms
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Mirpur Chaudhary Amjad Iqbal.

District Coordinator briefed the meeting about the complaint received from the schools regarding side effects of anti-intestinal worm’s tablets.
The DC directed that in future these tablets would be administered to the children through the health teams so that such issues may not be created in future.
Assistant Commissioner, District Health Officer, District Education Officers (Men and Women), District Mufti and representatives of Private Schools Association and civil society attended the meeting.
