President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhary has said that the dream of getting progress cannot be realized without education.
He was speaking at the fourth convocation at Kotli University. He said that the universities of AJK should utilize all the energies to raise the education quality as par with the international standard.
Head of AJK State said that the role of teachers in making the society is very important but on the other hand the students also should play their proactive role by adopting the habit of hard work and commitment to their studies.
He urged upon the passing students that during their career they should serve the people of their respective areas too besides performing their professional duties as they all have to owe their native village, town or city
“In the current era, the importance of social media cannot be ignored so it is the moral obligation of Kashmiri students to expose Indian brutalities in IIOJK through social media ”’ Barrister added.
The President AJK gave away degrees and medals among the successful students.
Earlier Vice Chancellor of Kotli University Dr. Rehmat Ali apprised the ceremony about the aims, working and ongoing project of the university.
In conclusion the VC presented President AJK a commemorative shield.
