England trains in Abu Dhabi prior to the Pakistan Test series.

ABU DHABI: The England cricket team is in Abu Dhabi right now before departing for Pakistan to play an upcoming Test series from Rawalpindi to Karachi.
Three days of practise games against the England Lions will be played by the English squad in Abu Dhabi.
From November 23 to November 25, there will be practise matches. The Englishmen will then touch down in Islamabad on November 27.
Three games versus England will be played by the Green Shirts. On December 1, Rawalpindi will host the first Test. The final test will take place on Saturday, December 17, at the National Stadium in Karachi, while the second test will take place in Multan on Friday, December 9.

In September and October of this year, England travelled to Pakistan for a seven-match T20 series. The travelling group won the series 4-3.

SCHEDULE OF TESTS

  • December 1-5 – 1st Test, Rawalpindi
  • December 9-13 – 2nd Test, Multan
  • December 17-21 – 3rd Test, Karachi

Pakistan have not named their squad for the Test series so far.

Ben Stokes (captain), James Anderson, Harry Brook, Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ben Foakes (wicket-keeper), Will Jacks, Keaton Jennings, Jack Leach, Liam Livingstone, Jamie Overton, Ollie Pope, Ollie Robinson, Joe Root, and Mark Wood make up the England team.
