Matiari – November 3 -Deputy Commissioner Matiari Muhammad Yousif Sheikh has said that providing better healthcare facilities to the people of Matiari is the top priority of the district administration. He expressed these views while addressing as chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the newly established Eye Operation Theatre and Blood Bank at District Headquarters Hospital Matiari.
Speaking on the occasion, he added that the establishment of the Eye Operation Theatre and Blood Bank will provide great relief to the public, enabling patients to receive treatment locally while saving both time and expenses. He further stated that the district administration will continue to fully cooperate with the health department to ensure the provision of better healthcare facilities to the people.
During the ceremony, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Yousif Sheikh formally inaugurated the Eye Operation Theatre and Blood Bank by cutting the ribbon. On this occasion, District Health Officer Dr. Asif Hussain Shah, Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Matiari Dr. Abdul Salam Memon, Colonel Ali Nadeem from Indus Hospital Blood Bank, Additional Deputy Commissioner-II Matiari Iqra Jannat, Assistant Commissioner Matiari Abdul Sattar Sheikh,PPP information secretary Matiari Junaid Saleh, General Secretary SPSF, Dr Ruqia and other officials were also present.
