Wellbeing is defined as the positive state of mind. Wellbeing is the experience of health, happiness and prosperity it include having good mental health, high life satisfactions sense of meaning or purpose, and the ability to manage stress, wellbeing is something sought by just about everyone b3ecause it includes so many positive things feeling happy healthy, socially connected & purposeful there are two types of wellbeing subjective wellbeing 2 objective well-being subjective wellbeing refers to how people experience & evaluate their lives & specific domains and activities in their lives on the other hand objective well-being including physically factor that widely account for our basic needs.

There are many religious practices which help us to purify our soul control over desire and other human wants one of the most important to religious practices is Fasting.

Fasting during the month of Ramadan is one of the pillars of Islamic teaching Almighty Allah says:

“O you who believed! Fasting has been prescribe for you as it had been prescribed for those who came before you so that you may guard yourself. There are many pleasure and pains of fasting increase Taqwa, leads to paradise and prevent Hellfire, protection from obesity and chronic diseases Taqwa is I Islamic phrase. That refers to being aware of Allah and the truth and “Piety and dread of God” On other hand in pain we do not control our desire, we do not control to our wants, we miss behave with people and talk about the bad things to others.

In this part I discuss about to control of desire in Ramadan desire is a natural Human emotion that can drive us to peruse various goals and experience in life.

In Ramadan we should can control on our desire we should help needy peoples.

There are multiple been fits of fasting during Ramadan such health benefit purification of sound etc. in my opinion the most important benefit is control over desires. Fasting play important role in control Human Desire. Fasting is the best way to control human wants. A part from fasting in Ramadan, you can fast in any month of the years, as well all know during fasting it is forbidden to see or do anything related to bad activity. We can do control our desires is to let go of the attachment we have to them. The bold he believed desire is the reason for pain and suffering in the world we can do five times pray and read the Quran.

In conclusion there are many pleasure and less pain we control our desire by doing good thing, we help to needy people and talk good things to other.
