Under the historic Ramadan package of the Punjab government, free flour is being provided to the citizens – Provincial Minister for Communications and Works and Excise Bilal Afzal and Commissioner Aamir Khattak visited the free flour points of Khanewal and Jahaniyan – Provincial Minister Bilal Afzal gave free flour on this occasion. He reviewed the supply of flour and expressed satisfaction over the arrangements. He also inquired about the supply of free flour from the citizens present on the occasion. Speaking to the media on this occasion, Minister Bilal Afzal said that Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has given a historic Ramadan package to the people of the province.
Commissioner Multan Division Aamir Khattak said on this occasion that the divisional and district administrations of the four districts are monitoring the supply of free flour themselves. The best arrangements are our first priority. While giving a briefing, he said that so far more than 4 lakh bags of free flour have been distributed in the district, the number of counters has been increased at the centers where there is a rush – the DPO Umer Farooq said that foolproof security arrangements have been made by the police.
