Grand Sehri program launched in Islamabad

The Political Party Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML) has launched the Grand Sehri program to provide relief to those suffering from inflation during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to media coordinator Pakistan Markazi Muslim League, Naveed Ahmed, ‘hundreds of workers have been mobilized to operate grand Sehri kitchens in seven locations across Islamabad, where they will prepare and deliver Sehri to one lakh people daily’.

Chaudhry Shafiqur Rehman Waraich, President Pakistan Markazi Muslim League, Islamabad, outlined the details of the program to the media during a visit to the Grand Sehri Kitchen in the I-8 Markaz, along with Naveed Ahmed, the media coordinator of Central Muslim League Islamabad.

The Sehri kitchens have been set up at seven locations inI-8 Markaz, PWD near London Bakers, Dua Chowk Ghori Town, Flower Market F-7, G 11/1, G 13/2, and Margalla Road E-11. Teams of workers from nearby areas take Sehri from the kitchens and deliver it to the doorsteps of those in need in their areas.

 Chaudhry Shafiqur Rehman emphasized the importance of conducting politics according to the golden principles of Islam, and said that the Markazi Muslim League aims to play a practical role in providing relief during these difficult times. The Sahri program began on the 1st of Ramadan and continues throughout the month in an effort to provide assistance to those affected by inflation and unemployment across the country.
