Iftikhar Ahmed scores the biggest six of the T20 Globe Cup in 2022, shocking the entire cricket world.
Many people were impressed by Iftikhar Ahmed as he scored the biggest six in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022.
During the first 16 overs of the match between Pakistan and South Africa, Ahmed demonstrated his ability to strike the ball cleanly in Australian conditions.
After being bowled by Lungi Ngidi with a short delivery, Ahmed demonstrated his actual strength by hitting a six that travelled 106 metres. He not only crossed the goal line, but he also recorded the biggest hit of the competition thus far.
The batter outdid South Africa’s David Miller, who on Sunday against India with a six of 104 metres.
His outstanding performance and incredible shot stunned the crowd. Many people praised the 32-year-old hitter on social media.
A user on social media referred to the player as a “true middle-order classic batsman” and claimed that others had “underestimated” him.
“You joke about how he’s old and can’t hit big, yet he hit the biggest six of the competition.”
Ahmed had asserted before the competition started that he had no trouble hitting sixes in Australia. Many cheered his demonstration of it.
However, after the right-handed batter’s dismal performance in the Asian and UAE conditions, many made fun of him.
He contributed to Pakistan’s 185-9 victory over South Africa with 51 points from 35 balls.
Ahmed has previously demonstrated his batting prowess by scoring a half-century during a key stretch of the contest versus India.
