Imran will have to explain the foreign conspiracy theory he has since retracted to Marriyum.

Imran Khan, the former prime minister, will have to respond to the apparent change in his story about a foreign conspiracy being the cause of his dismissal, according to information minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, who made the statement on Monday.
Imran, who has consistently asserted that a US-backed plot was responsible for his overthrow in April, said he no longer “blamed” the US government in an interview with the British publication Financial Times.
The PTI leader further stated that he desired for Washington and Islamabad to have a “dignified” relationship.

Imran was cited in the newspaper as stating, “As far as I’m concerned, it’s over, it’s behind me.”
In a series of tweets on Monday, the information minister addressed Imran and stated that simply putting the incident behind him would not be sufficient.
She stated that removing the statements without providing an explanation would not be sufficient, adding that you would have to provide an explanation for the narrative that was used to spread lies and instability throughout the nation.

The information czar attacked Imran for “playing with national interest” and claimed that he cannot escape all the accusations by claiming that they are in the past.
Imran is now encouraging everyone to disregard the US conspiracy theory, she claimed, after he destroyed the nation with his lies.

The PML-N minister claimed that the PTI leader is changing his story about a US conspiracy, an imported government, and a regime change operation because those things never happened in the first place.

The real face of the party’s purported Haqeeqi Azaadi had been “totally revealed,” Marriyum continued, adding that Imran Khan had given up on his story of imported government and regime change.

Imran was charged with endangering the nation’s foreign relations in order to gain power, according to the information minister.

“In his quest for power, Imran played a cunning game with national interests. He played pranks and jeopardised the safety of the nation’s citizens. Imran now claims that the US conspiracy is over after spreading misinformation throughout the country.

She questioned how Imran could advise everyone to disregard the US conspiracy theory when he had repeatedly asked the Supreme Court to take note of it.
Sherry Rehman, the minister responsible for climate change, referred to Imran’s recent statements as the “mother of all U-turns.”

Imran had sacked the Shehbaz administration after his overthrow by a no-confidence vote in the National Assembly, calling it “imported.”
The former prime minister claimed that the no-confidence motion against him was a result of a foreign conspiracy and cited the cable he got from the ambassador on March 7, the day before the opposition formally filed the motion, as proof.

Imran asserted that the cable demonstrated how a US ambassador threatened Pakistan, warning that the nation would suffer if he was not removed via the no-trust motion, which was not even even filed at the time.
On the basis of this communication, former National Assembly deputy speaker Qasim Suri dismissed the no-trust vote against the then-premier on April 3, citing Article 5 of the Constitution, which requires all people to have devotion to the state, as evidence of a plot to remove Imran.
The Supreme Court later overturned Suri’s decision, and on April 10 the no-trust resolution was eventually voted on. As a result, Imran Khan won the election.

The subject was also brought up during two different National Security Committee meetings. There was no foreign plot to overthrow Imran’s administration, the NSC specifically said in the second meeting, which was presided over by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

Despite this, Imran has continued to blame a foreign conspiracy for toppling his government. He has also led two protracted marches one of which is now in progress to demand the holding of early elections in the nation.
