Kashmir: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has denounced India for regularly killing Kashmiri youth in Jammu and Kashmir, which it has illegally occupied.
In separate statements made in Srinagar, APHC leaders Syed Bashir Andrabi, Khawaja Firdous, and Farida Behanji alleged that Indian troops were torturing innocent youth, children, and the elderly while carrying out cordon and search operations in an effort to lessen their commitment to the just cause of the right to self-determination.
The leaders claimed that Kashmir is a political issue that has been unresolved for more than 70 years as a result of India’s stubbornness. According to them, Pakistan is contributing to efforts being made at the global level to settle the Kashmir dispute amicably and in accordance with UN resolutions.
The APHC leaders urged the international community to intervene in the long-running conflict and stop Indian troops from violating human rights in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
