India to sit on dialogue table to resolve Kashmir issue: Sardar Tanvir Ilyas

Islamabad () Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas Khan has said that India should come to the table for negotiation with Pakistan to resolve the years old Kashmir issue.

He was talking to PTI leader Noreen Farooq Ibrahim, who called on him here on Monday. He said that the AJK government has taken initiative to empower women. They would be given top priority in the scheme of interest free loans.

He said that the government has a majority in AJK and it will complete its tenure. The state government would realize all its promises that PTI made with the public during the elections campaign. The people of AJK had shown full confidence in the leadership of Imran Khan in the recently held local bodies polls.

“The people of Kashmir are fighting the war for the completion of Pakistan. I present a salute to the Hurriyat leadership as the people of Indian held Kashmir which is continuing its struggle against the fascist India”, the PM added.

Tanvir apprised the PTI leader that the government has taken revolutionary measures to provide best healthcare facilities in the government hospitals in AJK. Serving the people is the top most priority of the government

He said that the plight of the economy of the country is becoming worse which is a matter of great concern as the security of the country is associated with it. All the political forces and stakeholders should sit together to streamline the economy.

“The government is moving towards making AJK a welfare state in the true sense. When we will complete our constitutional term, almost 90 percent work would be carried out in this connection”, Tanvir said

He paid rich tributes to Ghazi-i- Millat Sardar Ibrahim Khan by saying that he played an unforgettable role in the struggle of self-determination.
